The 1070 GPU is sometimes useful for more demanding AAA games. Even if it does have glitches or stutter. But it shouldn't be an issue. However, if you upgrade it to an RTX 2070 with a different AMD Ryzen CPU, that might run even better with little or no stutter and less bottleneck. I'm planning on buying a 2070 in a couple of months. BTW. Is it compatible with the i5 8600 or a better CPU? Just curious. I just want to know. Cuz RTX 2070 GPUs are getting cheaper these days.

Yes I agree with you. If you're planning to buy RTX 2070 i would suggest you at least Ryzen 5 3600 for AMD or i5 10400 for Intel. Because AMD 2nd and Intel 8th and 9th gen will most probably bottleneck that GPU.

@@adogg281 the strongrst thing you can go with are i7 9700 and i5 9400, here they're 60-100$ which is tokom expensive. My suggestion is to selo your mb and current CPU and buy AM4 and Ryzen, since you'll have much better upgrade possibleties

Haswell at 4,5ghz probably has better single core performance than a stock 2600 ryzen. ( i assume xmp in enabled)
