Do you recommend the AMD cooler or external?

An aftermarket cooler is of course better, but it costs money ;-( If you want to overclock, you can't do without it. Please watch my temperature test video, so you can use the stock cooler. [link is in the description or @ the end of the video]

How is for video editing task i use software like Filmora ?

I use DaVinci Resolve. Editing is OK. [with 32GB 6000MHZ CL30 RAM] Rendering with the 760M will take a while. [depending on the length and complexity] Nowadays I use the Intel ARC B580, which is super fast imo. UnfortunateIy don't know anything about filmora ;-(

As long as it uses the backplate of the motherboard you can use it. If it has a proprietary backplate, it might not work OK. Please read this article: hothardware.com/news/is-your-cpu-cooler-compatible-with-am5-for-zen-4
