For some gamers who do not understand CPU / GPU bound scenarios this test can be nice. For people who understand this problematics, there are better tests on the internet, but anyways thanks for a lot of effort you have put into benchmarking and this video :)

Nah I upgraded from the 5800x3d 4090 to the 9800x3d 2 days ago, it's worth the 1% lows, I could feel microstutters on the old rig I had, compared to the new one which was a big upgrade for me in that regard, and I play on a 4k monitor pg32ucdm. Stalker 2 just came out and that was cpu heavy as hardware unboxed mentioned, thus the upscaling grants even more fps when you change the dlss to quality. Plus you can overclock the 9800x3d which I haven't done yet, increasing the gap more if it had none.

I have at home boxed 7800x3d with x870 mag msi with 2 x 16gig CL-30. I could exchange before the 12 january. I am on the list for 9800x3d ..january maybe. I have 12700k,4080 , and playing most of my game at 3440x1440p. And playing csgo at 1080p. Do you think its better to wait for 9800x3d or instal 7800x3d. Thx for your advice and good job.

same here. Build my first PC after 25 years my own. Before i bought "ready ones". Couldnt wait for the next generation and build it 2-3 month ago. But to be honest, for me its slower in some cases as my 13900k which i also own (in another country). I play in WQHD OLED all FPS games (COD) and all other ones like racing, adventures on 4k 75inch mini LED. So in my case, if i can believe the test, it would make sence. But after spend so much for the 7950x3d (here in türkiye the prices for PC stuff are at least 30% higher as in germany) i am not sure if its not better to change the WQHD screen to an 4K. Because than its seems no differences and the low and1% i still didnt understand. no laggs here.
