True hip hop artist's always appreciate multiple genres of music. RZA was and still is thinking above most....

It's growth and maturity. This is why I get frustrated when old school rappers retire. A lot of them have so much wisdom to share. It's needed badly in hip hop. Most of what we have left is kids making music, and I cannot listen to another molly lean Percocet song.

What we need are 3 Hip Hop operas on Broadway within 10 years. I could definitely see a reworking of West Side Story-easy.But why stop there? There are many operas up for grabs. It would sell out with the right people involved. Just make the lyrics readable for the general public.

thanx Rza for all your gifts you gifted us with...it is so obvious why the majority of hiphop music sound alike...because the herds of hive-minds try to pressure or demand that their favourite artist only create what "They" want to hear...over and over gain...that is not the path to creating pure art...peace to Andre3k
