Hey man great video, I’m having an issue on mine not starting. Definitely sounds electrical but I’ve rid the terminals of corrosion. My lights and dash still power on but I can’t start the vehicle still. Hope to get some insight thank you

That’s a sign of a dead battery. Their can be enough battery to run those items you listed but not enough cranking amps to turn over the motor. Try to charge that battery. If that doesn’t work, then you will need to replace it. Below is a link of a charger that will plug directly into the dash to charge the battery. Hope this helps. amzn.to/3QsSWuc

This is prolly a bad reason why but the truth is a motor builder i trusted said that was the way to go with oil for these Polaris machines and since I've been running that oil back in 2017.... i haven't had any motor issues like i did before. So its proven itself to me over time. Hope this helps answer your question.

@@trailkings This is not a polaris machine. Its a chinese sxs with a chinese gy6 177cc motor with polaris's name slapped on the side. Oil used in gy6s is up to the user as they are not picky about oil used.

I have done a chain adjustment on 1 of the rzr 200's, but we were on a trip and didn't do a video of it. We need to do it on the other rzr 200, so we will be doing a video soon on the steps to follow.

It’s hard to explain via text. Call the shop when you are in front of the machine & I will walk you through it. If you don’t have to do it right now, we do have a video coming out in a few weeks on how to do it.

Good video but $65 for a plastic drain funnel is highway robbery. Ill make shift something before i spend that much.

it's not plastic. It's made of metal tubing and a custom-made flat plate for the funnel top to hold itself in place. We keep them in stock and they are made in Texas by our local welder. We do not get this massed produced because of the unique design. Hope this helps with clarifying what the funnel is made out of and we appreciate you watching the video.

Yes we wd40 the chain. that usually something we do more often from month to month when it needs it.
