RZR XP 1000 Fang Fascia conversion (Turbo S)

How to convert a 2015-2020 RZR 900 or 1000 to have the 2019 and newer Fang style bumper. In depth explanation of parts needed and how to install. This grill was originally released on the 2018 Turbo S but can serve as a great cosmetic upgrade for several other models. The part numbers and prices below were all taken from rockymountainatvmc.com.

Azcycleparts they have an ebay store and lucky enough for me they're only about 2 miles away from where I work. They part out about 20 rzrs a year so their selection is always changing.

I just recently did this, but i lost my bumper off my old front end. Is there a bumper out there that will work ?

Did you have to update any sensors when going to newer year wiring harness?

The 4wd switch and the exhaust 0² sensor had different connections but that was it.

@@moorepowergarage6205 so the front differential was the same just for the switch plug? Awesome thanks man! They don't make an AEM infinity for the 2014-2015 anymore so I've been wanting to change stuff out possibly in case I need the aftermarket ECU.

Yes. Your 2018 and the 2015 in the video use the same grill. So everything should be the same.

I've never looked into it but I would assume you could. All the suspension and drive train would bolt up to either frame. I'm just not sure if you'd have to replace the whole frame or just the front half like I did.
