I hope you are happy with the product. I just came across this video. If you put too much in front of the vortexes at one time(really can only be done by force particles in the vortexes with your hand), it'll essentially clog the vortex tubes for a moment so you lose the high air velocity and centrifugal force. The fans would just be sucking the powder to try to unclog the vortex tubes.

S&B Filters I love it. I’m very happy I got it over all the others. All my friends have put them on and we never have had problems with anything in are helmets. My wife loves it as well. She just told me she wants heat in the S&B so her helmet don’t fogged up in the winter. Hahahaha. Thank you so much for taking the time to say hello and making a amazing product.

I'll be setting up a particle seperator system for my Razer and hemet down in Arizona. Seems a lot better than the drive on rags we used to wear wrapped around our heads in the military.

Now that you have used it in the field, what do you think? Is it a good buy?

Johnson Orthodontics I like it a lot. I can use it all day long and never get one grain of sand in my mouth all day. I wish it pumped a little more air when running two helmets but with one it’s perfect. When using it in the winter it’s still hard to keep fog down just because it’s blowing cold air in on your hot breath. If someone would come up with a heater for them that would be amazing.

FrankGLife I really like it but took it off because I put on a full cab. The wife was tired of getting rained on but I enjoy the helmets even in the rain. Don’t know if I’m going to sell it or keep it for the summer when it gets hot as hell out.

Hey there. Do you think that one unit is enough for 4 helmets/people? I'll most likely always be alone or with one passenger but I'm wondering if it'll be just enough for 4 people especially if it isn't very dusty?

Carlos Lugo if I close down my helmet with out the s&b on I’ll damn near suffocate and I think it would be fine to keep that from happening with 4 people and give you all the clean air you need but to keep you cool on a hot day no. Your going to sweet your butt off. I would say you drop about 15-20% of airflow every time you hookup another person in to it. I put a full cab on my x3 and took it off so if you want it I have it yet.

Does the pump throw the dirt into the inter cooler right there?

Zachary Anaya I haven’t noticed anything building up on my intercooler. I think once the dust go through that fan it’s so fine it just gets blown away. I’ll keep a eye on that!!!!

Ya I have the engine filter and helmet pump and decided to put the engine pump on the top bar and the helmet pump on the bottom bar but noticed it was going to blow towards the inter cooler, so wasn’t sure if the intercooler fan would be sucking up the dust. S&B said everyone mounts it there and they haven’t heard of any issues either.

What helmet are you using? Any particular reason on using the Senas instead of something like rugged radios intercom?

Christopher Cain I’m using a bell qualifier. Was a amazing price of like 180.00 and a very good helmet. The reason I use sena and not rugged is I can jump from car to car or get on a dirt bike, ATVs or snowmobile and have my radio. It’s not stuck in one car

SXS Marine I was looking at that helmet but went with the Klim R1. I bought the Bell for my son and his seems to flow more air. Disappointed in my Klim helmet so I might pick up a bell or I’ve been looking at G-Force Offroad mid air helmet. I was thinking about the same thing before I bought my intercom system, Since I do ride dirt bikes also. The intercom system allows me to key up My radio to talk to other cars without having to pick up a hand mic and/or take off My helmet to use it.
