This Goku is gonna be the death of me. I gonna want alts with his different symbols. One with the Kame house one and one with King Kai's on the back. I'm really happy with the height and thickness. Can't wait for him to arrive

Just got this figure today, was a little worried about the legs going to the sides (for the splits)- they were really stiff, but some gentle nudging got them to move. Overall, its my favorite Goku Figure.

I agree that this new Goku is better than the SDCC. The SDCC doesnt even have the ab crunch that the new one has. Hair is really better. The stands for SDCC looks thinner, at least the middle strand. And the face looks better because the mouth is open like it is a reaction. It fits the eyes. The eyes of the SDCC is similar but the mouth is closed like, “why those eyes if the mouth seems expressionless?” Thats why it looks weird for the SDCC. Great and complete review. Good comparisons.

Man I remember this review seeing it for the first time. Actually got me to hop in to the line. Ups and downs but I love the line and I love Dragon Ball. I eventually even got the Demonical Fit windswept hair and power pole set. I think the face that come with that one is better than the official faces. The face that comes in the set has a great expression and even has the cheek lines below the eyes. I recommend it even though it is a bootleg.

This Goku was made for Dragon Ball Super Broly and in a display this Goku was in base and he posed with broly the new one for the movie and also they have super saiyan blue Vegeta and goku for the new broly movie also

I just got this Goku in the other day. Before hand, I also own the Awakening Goku. Headswaps between the two are alright enough for me. Worst off I am are the necks looking a little funky, and the Awakening's neck peg coming with the head everytime I pop it off. Other than that it's a good Goku and I'm glad to finally have a base Goku on my shelves

On mine, The awaken warrior ssj goku head fits alittle bit better on this new body than that original ssj goku head. (I have all 3 figures and have tested it.) It's still a pretty loose fit tho, but it seems to be more of a firm fit than my OG ssj goku head. That one comes right off on mine.

This is my first Goku figure. I didn't like the knees on the old ones so never picked one up. I was going to get the Awakening Goku but I can't get over the colours on the boots being the wrong way round. I always thought ssj3 was dumb so that was out of the question. I hope they bring out newer versions of the ssj Goku. A Buu saga ssj2 Goku would be cool to go with the Majin Vegeta. I'd like a Saiyan saga Goku too. They could keep bringing Gokus out for ever with all the different gi he's had and battle damage and halo and no boots and stuff when he fought Raditz.

I'm thinking this would be a point for SHF to alter how it handles its DB lines. They COULD go and follow this Goku with umpteen-million variant figures for all the different Goku forms and moments... OR they could release 'variant packs' with new parts for THIS Goku to swap in and out and create those variants optionally [and maybe include a few effect pieces- I mean why give us Kamehameha hands without a Kamehameha wave?].

I really like the new one. But I can’t deny that the faces of the old Goku is more accurate and has more options.... So Old Goku > New Goku. Both are great overall! My favourite still Warrior Awekening Super Saiyan Goku.

Joey G Yes it does I have seen KZbinr's use it on this Goku. I'm most likly going to be getting the saiyan raised on earth Goku this upcoming month. But the demonico fits im not to sure. Their way to expensive. I might still get the ssgss head are either the ssj head. But the prices are way to high for a single head peice. I'm ending my shfiguarts collection with this goku. Because I'm running out of room. So I still might get the demonico fits head. Even though it's not worth the price. Don't get me wrong their still good but not worth the price.

Hang on- 5 1/2 inches? SHF are usually around the 1/12 scale- meaning their Goku's meant to be 5ft6inchs... is that right? Is that how tall Goku's supposed to be? That seems too short to me for some reason...

I mean, they don't break so easily ? I saw that they have a small cut trough them. I swap up the hands gently because i'm a little bit scared of not breaking them

Just bought this today at my local target. Last one they had in stock. My very first sh figuart, excited asf. Not even a full day and the wrist joint completely snapped after a couple hand swaps. Thanks for the review Anthony! This was a must buy after Kid Goku, but I didn't pre-order it. Aaaand figure ran out of stock so fast now I can only find them for like 50 dollars. On the other hand I got Guts Repaint Edition thinking I'd be able to sell it for profit... Aaaand it's still everywhere on the market and I can't sell mine unless for cheap. I've been looking to buy an sh figuarts DBZ fig for a while after my teen Gohan broke (bought in 2017) I wanted to buy it again but now it's over 100 pounds!
