Same bro, I look for it too, someone on fb say just push it from bottom, I tried it but so hard and I give up because didn't want to dmg more the base 😢

I figured it out so basically you grab the transparent piece that holds your figure and push down on the little pieces with the transparent piece and with enough force it comes out
