വൈകാരികമായി പ്രതികരിക്കുന്ന ലോകത്തെ ഒരേ ഒരു വിഭാഗമാണ് തമിഴൻ? അവരിൽ മുടിവെട്ടുകാരനും, ശാസ്ത്ര വൈദഗ്ദ്യമുള്ളവരും, സാഹിത്യകാരനും വിഷയങ്ങളെ വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതിൽ മിക്കവരും ഒരേനിലവാരമാണ് പുലർത്തുന്നത്. ( സാമാന്യവൽക്കരിക്കുകയല്ല ) മത മൗലികവാദം പോലെ എതിർക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണ് ഭാഷ മൗലികവാദം? ഓരോ ഭാഷക്കും അതിന്റേതായ മെൻമയുണ്ട്, പൈതൃകമുണ്ട്? ശക്തിയുണ്ട്. മലയാള ഭാഷ രൂപപ്പെടുന്നത് തമിഴിൽ നിന്നാണ് എന്നുവെച്ചു മലയാളത്തിന്റെ അസ്തിത്വം പണയപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ടോ? മലയാളി ആയതിനാൽ മറ്റു ഭാഷാവിരോധം മലയാളിക്കില്ലല്ലോ? ശ്രീ ജയമോഹൻ ഭാഷയിൽ ഊറ്റം കൊള്ളുമ്പോൾ ഭാരതത്തിൽ ജാതിവിവേചനം ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ളതും, കൊലകൾ നടക്കുന്നതും തമിഴ്നാട്ടിലാണ്. ജാതീയമായ ഏറ്റക്കുറച്ചിലുകൾക്കെതിരെ ബോധവൽക്കരിക്കുന്നതിൽ ഈ ഭാഷ സ്നേഹികളായ എഴുത്തുകാർ പൂർണപരാജയമാണ്. ഹിന്ദി ഭാഷാവിരോധം കുത്തിനിറച്ച ഇവർ, പുറത്തു ജോലിക്കുപോകുമ്പോൾ ഹിന്ദി പഠിക്കുകയും. പറയുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. തമിഴനെ ലോകത്തിനൊപ്പം സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നതിൽനിന്നും വിലക്കി അവരെ സിനിമാക്കാരുടെ ചുറ്റും കറക്കുന്ന നാൽക്കാലികളാക്കുന്നതിൽ ഇവർക്കൊന്നും ഒരു കുറ്റബോധവുമില്ല. വിഘടനവാദത്തിന് ഭാഷയെ കൂട്ടുപിടിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് മാത്രം

ഹിന്ദി അടിച്ചേൽപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനെ എതിർക്കുക തന്നെ വേണം, ജാതീയതയ്‌ക്കെതിരെ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ ശബ്ദമുയരുന്നത് തമിഴിൽ നിന്നാണെന്നാണ് തോന്നിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. മലയാളത്തിൽ ഇപ്പോഴും വ്യാപകമായി ജാതിപ്പേര് പേരിനോടൊപ്പം ചേർക്കുന്നവരുണ്ട് തമിഴിൽ അത്തരം പ്രവണതകൾക്കെതിരെ എതിർപ്പുയരാറുണ്ട്.

Shows your ignorance. Tamils are against imposition. Not against the language itself. We learn a language when we have a use for it. Tamil itself is enough for us to live within the state. Someone speaking a loaned language like malayalam won't understand this.
