Thank you sir, actually I'm fell in sciatica nerve issue some days before I cannot walk after wake up at morning getting too much back side of thigh pain after I try this at evening and morning continuously now I'm really healthy .before I cannot do this even one step also now I'm doing every step very clearly .I'm 38 yrs old past 7yrs back I met an accident and my back bone and seat side got injury I thought it's coming again and again but now I'm rite. I tried only few days back from this yoga and now I'm really good I donot have any pain thank you so much ....

सर में भी योगा डेढ़ साल से कर रही हूं मेरे कमर का आप्रेशन बोल दिया था लेकिन योगा ज्वाइन करके आज मैं बिल्कुल फिट हूं योगा से अच्छी कोई दवा नहीं है और आज में 46 की हो गई हूं और स्टेट चैंपियनशिप में मैडल भी हासिल कर स्थान प्राप्त किया 😊😊

Followed ur video on Sciatica Sir! Am 72 yrs old n i have other issues too like lumbar spondylitis n knee arthritis. Hence I cannot sit cross legged. So did the last one sitting on a chair. Pl. make some videos for knee Arthritis n back pain also. Not lifting the hip throughout is something new I learnt here. Will do it for 2nd time. Making a long video really helps Virendraji..so that we don't need to keep pausing the video...😊
