I wish stats and abilities were more meaningful for auto duels. I tried to auto resolve a duel, I got 13 more STR and I have 1 point in a duel skill, he has none yet I lose.

I just wish this one's duel system wasn't PRNG-based. If you lose, reload and retry a duel or debate in 8 remake, you WILL get the exact same combination of cards every single time. While this means you can theoretically just keep savescumming and trying different moves until you win against Lu Bu (which is a VERY quick way to boost Martial Reputation up to 4000), it's a double-edged sword because if the AI is just exceeding lucky, then you have absolutely no chance of winning at all in that case. IMO RTK10's duel system was still the best one as far as non-randomized duels went because that one wasn't tied to PRNG and has a lot of ways for the player to take on opponents well above their pay grade if they know where to learn the skills, but yeah, this one was relatively nice as well.

I say the dueling in this game is waaaaaaaay better than rotk 14 cause in that game its pure luck and you can't do anything about it

Holy, 104 WAR Zooge. Is it takes long to raise stats that high for Remake?

not that long, having allies and the wit skill increases your exp gain dramatically. The original 8 would take forever though, because not only is it slow, but you have to break the limit by getting the red skill for it

So what happens with the gate guard? I've played through 2 campaigns and havent seen that event....Is it Wei or Xiahou Dun exclusive? I know some of the "Dynasty Warriors" characters get character exclusive events after all.

Hello, thanks for the guide. I want to create a original officer that can be synergetic with any officer, But I tried different combo between: Personality, Honor, Pref.strategy, favored reputation, perference and greed which I think can impact the synergetic level. I even tried the Greate Viture trait to talk with them.But For map 195 all I received from 3 Liu Bei is conversation is dull but for Cao Cao site is very fast synergetic. So do you know how to create an officer that can be synergetic with 3 Liu Bei brother. Thanks in advance

just select one of the brothers in the character relations tab for affinity on the second page and you'll be fine

Help me please, when i debate or duel, i can only stacked cards that has the same number like for ex 44, but my opponents sometimes can do 554321 etc. Why?

The opponent saved up his cards / got lucky, sometimes you need to just throw low and pass the turns so you can strike hard later on

how TF did u get 1850 notorious point? btw i can make all stats to 255 with CE easily beating everyone up like taking candy from a baby. anyway this remake is way better than the originals & rotk 14 but for my taste, still 10 & 13 are the best out of them all.
