It‘s a traditional speciality north China ,the soup base for “Qi Shan Sao Zi noodle”,there are varieties of specialities in the province where Qi Shan is located.

Not a really that much work. You make the meat, and then you make the broth, and all the rest is whatever you have on hand. You could make this with enoki or shiitake or leeks or whatever else is around, but if you're like me you keep these prepared to use in all sorts of dishes so you don't have to cut three bajillion vegetables every time you prepare a meal. The trick is preparing all of it beforehand.

Yifan Lin 其实鸡精里主要成份也是味精msg看一下包装上的成份就知道了,只是还加了其他东西比味精丰富。味精被黑是一个美国?华裔自己的误会,可能是他对味精敏感,英文资料有提起这事还说明味精没有确切证据显示有害/至癌(google搜索就有)。中国学者对洗刷国民调味料味精冤情没兴趣,没人出来澄清,悲剧。
