Ingredients:
For pressure cook-
Mutton - 1/2 kg
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Coconut oil / Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/4 glass
For preparation -
Coconut oil / Oil
Shallots - 200g
Onion - 1 ( medium size)
Crushed garlic - 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger - 1 tbsp
Coconut slices - 3 tbsp
Tomato - 2 ( small size)
Curry leaves
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - half portion
Hot water - 1 cup ( for more gravy, add 1 1/2 cup to 1 3/4 cup)
Salt
For garam masala-
Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Cardamom - 4
Cloves - 6
Cinnamon - 2 ( small size)
Star anise - 1 ( small)

Tried and came out very well. So yummy. Just added a bit more chillipowder( to satisfy my spice level). The homemade masala really does magic. Thank you for this recipe.
