In my opinion, what made this stage difficult for me with Blaze, is that you may have to retry this stage ALOT of times to find your flow with how to position yourself in such a way to not only avoid being attacked, but also being mindful of the pitfalls so you do not lose health that way. The amazon drop kick chicks are actually able to slightly track your movement, but not until after they start to leave the ground and begin the drop kick. If your close to them, walk forward and let them jumpkick over and past you, but only if you are lined up with them as you approach. Rushing them is a good idea but be aware of their wakeup slap. If you are in the air jumping, they cannot hit you with wakeup slap. You can beat them air to air but you have to hit them before they leave the ground. Their hitbox with that kick is ridiculous. My strategy for the Barney and friends is to use 2 weapon throws to knock them down, so they cannot grab and taser you, close distance and rush them and eliminate them first and leave the murphy shields for last as they can only damage you if they get close.

I could've swore something was done about the combo timer for the XBone. I can't get a combo to last long enough to do get a better score. Guess this the only achievement I won't get. I see if was just trash at the game. But I been at it around 6 hours and a few of the I only got hit once or twice, but the highest score I can get is around 22,000.

But i've got 3 stage en S rank for 10h of play. I look your tips and got S rank on stage 4 and 5 in less than 20m so, i guess i'll play with Floyd now

Stage 4 is by far the hardest stage, if you ask me. In this video I made some small mistakes, especially with the food bonuses. Maybe this is something that can help you.

Try walking up and down to avoid them. If there is no way to avoid them then you can use Thunder Sphere (triangle) to become invincible.

@@xbulelo I just found out, that if you use Shiva, it's easier to S Rank levels. I S Ranked every level with him, on the Hard Difficulty. Turns out, the Number of Combos that you can pull off, Determines the Rank also, and here i thought it was how long you can last without losing lives and health only LOL

Another way to avoid them is by using the i-frames on neutral jump. You're invincible during the rising portion of your neutral jump for whatever reason. If you time it right, you can use this trick to avoid a lot of stuff, as well as benefit from the hit stun of most characters' down+attack jumping move on the fall to start a combo.

You can get a star move in the retro level for bonus points and after the arcade you can pick up the chicken for 1000 points. Not sure if the time bonus is higher.

I do this same thing but with Sor4 Alex but I always get A rank even with the red sick combos I get which is over 1000 points why am I not getting it?I don't die and I do bonus stage racking up combos of 24000 points end stage but still only A and I only get hit 5 times at most it's annoying.

1....Activited the 2 player ( you need 2 controlers ). 2......Kill your second player in the begining of the stage 3......finish any stage just with one player in hard diffulty In the end of the stage you gona have an extra 10.000 points for finish the stage whit no damage from your death second player.. You just need to make 17.000 to S rank, plus the 10.000 is 27.000....Sorry my english 😂

Careful with this though because using this method whilst also going to the retro part will re activate your player and the boss zamza whatever his name is is very fast to hit you. I managed to complete this stage with the perfect health meter for player 1 however it still wasn’t enough for an S rank so I’m still struggling atm.

Try to get high combos, as shown in the video. Try to eat food with full health. For example leave the food near the Arcade. Go in the Arcade and eat the food when you leave the Arcade for 1300 points. When you get to the boss with full health eat the food right away. Or if you die at the boss, eat the food after you died with full health. Don’t use the Star Moves and finally try to do the level as fast as possible.

Uttam Athwal well, thanks nonetheless buddy. Well done too. It took me so many tries (but I would always reset if I didn’t get an out of this world combo at the beginning) on normal but I did it in one on hard. For some reason, it seems more difficult on normal (maybe because the balance of enemy health is conducive to ruining your game). I’ve also had enemies break a combination through a defensive special move which had me like, “fuck this game.” I can’t wait to get into mania but I’m building it up by S ranking every difficulty. I have a friend too who is good so we’ll both do a video of us completing Mania together (S Rank all the way through). I am going to do another video for those who are fans of the soundtrack but I don’t want to reveal what that is until it is done 😂

The game is so ridiculous I’m surprised you’re technique worked. I think it really has to do with you not getting hit very much vs the score. Got a score around the same yet still got A rank

It’s based on score. I think you need 26,000 or 27,000 to get an S-Rank on Stage 4. My “technique” is just to get high combo scores and try to do it as fast as possible and end with as much health as possible. I also don’t use Star Moves to get that point bonus as well. Stage 4 is, in my opinion, one of the most difficult stages.

The Maniac Trophy is the hardest trophy. If you can get trophy you can get the 100 Yen Trophy in one try. After that you might need to grind a little for the 5,000,000 points. Good luck! I hope you get them soon.

You need to defeat the police officer enemy called “Barney”. He holds a taser and will drop it after you hit him a couple of times. Pick it up and punch the arcade machine with the taser to access the retro level.

I can't get a S rank on this stage hard or above I have been trying for so long it is practically impossible for me - unless someone wants to try it over WIFI for me on remote play (PS4) it is a shame it is only this stage I need on hard for the Maniac trophy guess I will just have to move on to another game I got S rank on everyother stage on hard except this one

just hate the fact you pay over $100 for a game and have to play it repetitively in every mode, unlocking useless trophies...as a kid you got one life and then N64 was 100% a Banjo Kazooie and it glitched and you spent hours trying to find that one missing coin.. Video games are just a waste of time if im playing a flash-player game or spending so much on a 30min clock...Its also just laziness to bring back GTA5 and LA.Loir 100 times when they could bring out a new GTA that wont skip missions or a LANOIR2?!!! maybe??? so I don't have to keep throwing money away at a 20min game that has no "right" answer as all the options are wrong.. (seriously I might as well spend $40grand at a degree that is a waste of time, money and repetitive crap that will end in a crap pay ..rather than being smart and working at a higher pay... omg...is this it? What if the company drops and your online crap is gone? its not a floppy disk, or memory card..even harddrive that can bring it back give me a lan party, give me a game worthy of the 100's of hours dedicated to it, give me an online multiplayer so I can play with fiends and siblings without paying extra? Cant even get a refund from "COVID"..and "technical support errors" I can work 2 jobs, be a homemaker and relax with hobbies making money while I sleep... OR---play the same game over and over for no accomplishment ..and then buying the same crap for $120 and doing it again.. Im going to enjoy life... this is a joke (is PlayStation the community college of life and switch is the remedial-school 9year old class??)
