During lockdown I started partaking in virtual water cooler chats in Horizon workrooms (VR) with other members of the company. We are still running this as most of us work from home and it's the only opportunity we get to have these informal chats.

Being home based is part of my contract, so I don't consider it a perk, it's just normal now. (80% our staff opted to continue to work remotely after the pandemic, so the company made it part of everyone's contract)

Thanks for the comment. Agree! Certainly not a “perky” anymore..I would love to see companies handing out “coworking membership” as a benefit of some description.
