S1 - E2 - THE TOUR BEGINS - BMW Motorrad Highlands & Islands Tour

After arriving in Edinburgh, we had a day to recoup and take in some sights of the city.
We enjoyed the evening meet and greet as well as the briefing from Katrina which was very relaxed and informative.
Day 2 started with a trip out of Edinburgh, past Knockhill Race Circuit and into Loch Lomond & The Trossachs, then through Gleneagles, Balmoral Castle, Glenshee, Pitlochry, Aviemore and onto our evening stay at the Garth Hotel in Grantown on Spey.
We were unlucky with the weather, but it didn't dampen the spirits.

Cracking video and just got back myself and doing the same roads 🤣 I love Scotland but it over 400mile just from Cardiff to Dumbarton but Always worth it 👍

Enjoying the videos mate, just a little tip re the BMW key. If you go to Timpsons they will cut you a new blade that will fit the panniers and top box. You can then attach any old thing to it and it will stop you having to use the expensive nightmare to replace BMW key. There were a couple of times when you had it sticking out the top box at the beginning and I was waiting for it to get snapped :)

Hey Martin, thats excellent advice and we will most definitely do that, we've often commented on the fact keys could easily get broken or even forgotten they were in the pannier. Thanks again, much appreciated 👌
