Very good interview, very good initiative by vidola and its owner.First interview Dissapointed with faiz. He became too defensive because he thought that he knows everything about gig work. I want to remind everyone, gig work that you are saying has no future is unskilled gig work like riders who do not have much skilled. But skilled gig work like this is the future. Infact the resume of this roders can be amazing because they would have so much of experience solving so many different problems, they will be very valuable to any company in future. And yes faiz , nurse and doctors can be gig workers. it was started in the pandemic. Even if a nurse is working in a hospital, she can do gig work by rendering service at old folks home or clinics that would need their service maybe on an haurly basis if they are short on staff. These are all skilled jobs and gig work is the future of the world.

Sy kerja profesional,tp sy nak anak lelaki sy involve in tvet. Bcs i believe,in future time,15-20 thn,org makin ramai yg pandai,jadi mkin "lembut", x pandai kerja ssh dan fizikal,pegang komputer but lack basic living skill. So the opportunity is getting bigger for tvet. Lelaki prmpuan equally bole pandai,so persaingan di bidang profesional sgt tinggi. But, kerja yg fizikal dan perlukan skill,mostly lelaki,so disitu persaingan da kurang.

Terbaik… baru saje saya tahu apps macam ini ade di UK… tapi rupa rupa nya dah ade dalam Malaysia. Apps macam itu juga akan bantu pekerja pekerja gig yang semi skill boleh bina business sendiri. Kesetiaan pekerja boleh diperolehi dengan investment bagi mereka… contoh nya pinjaman untuk mereka beli tools atau machine, bagi training untuk skill baru. Teruskan usaha!
