I'm looking to do the exact same setup on my s15, G25-550 and some 265 cams. Aim is to get as close to 400hp on stock internals while still being relatively reliable and responsive. Cant wait to watch along with your build!!

Nice! I went with the GTX2867r I've maxxed it out at 411hp at the wheels, I've only got Pon cams and 1200cc injectors, full boost by 3.6k and it hammers,. Was thinking about going for the g series next, yet pretty happy with this power form the 180sx, more than enough!

What ar on your hot side and how much boost?

@@yd2532 .64, used the stock manifold as well, was at about 24psi off memory, any higher it was starting to fall off at top end.

I ended up redoing the lines. With the 6 boost manifold when i had the turbo feed pointing straight up the drain hose was touching the manifold. I've since turned the chra about 20 degrees to the left so the drain hose fits between the manifold and wastgate.

Awesome thank you. Yea I’m in the process of installing a top mount manifold along with the g25-550. All I’m missing is the turbo lines now. Was thinking maybe the KiT from ISR might work. Did you do a relocation kit for the power steering pump as well? Cheers mate

specs 2.2L stroker 256 cams vct delete 6 boost manifoild g25 550 .72 haltech elite 1500 I think its got 1000c injectors z32 gearbox and 3.7 2 way diff so its got long gears

@@MidnightXAlchemy definitely need an upgraded ecu. If you got a stock engine just do head studs and a metal head gasket. The bottom end should handle 350hp for a while

Hi what AR turbine housing? From the research I've done, the 0.92 is great for the G25-550 and 0.72 for G25-660. Would the 0.72AR with G25-550 get you 400whp?

I'm using a G25 550 with .72 ar Pretty easy to get 400hp out of it. .92 would be way more laggy

weird question, but on the front housing of the g25, were there 2 or 3 plates holding it together. I bought one and it only came with 2 but it just doesn't seem right

Pretty sure they uses 3 tabs for the comp housing. Just had a look on Google and it shows them with 3 as well
