Some of the things you are complaining about are really weird. And you're acting like it's the animes fault when they are merely adapting it from the manga. For example the backstories or the flashy entrances. EVERY SINGLE FIGHT will have a backstory for every character which gives us and insight on the fighters personality and their moral compass. Same with the entrances, people love them,they make polls which entrance was the coolest, etc. From your complains it seems to me like you just want this to be a fight after fight after fight with minimal dialogue and storytelling.

Bruh don't start this sh!t. Be happy that we're enjoying the season so far. We're not asking for minimal dialogue. We're asking for better pacing that doesn't make the scenes feel all over the place. If its not the anime's fault then we're docking points off the manga. The writer needs to do better. So there.

@@zamaskowany12 That don't mean nothing. My favorite manga One Piece is the highest selling manga of all time. But it still has its fair share of criticisms such as its artstyle and being too long. I may not think so and the numbers tell a different story. But there are still differing opinions. The complaints we had about this series were pretty universal. Also the original manga versions tend to be better paced compared to the anime adaptations.

@@WeAINTseenITREACTIONS Just so happens that One Piece is my favorite manga too and complaining about the length is wild to me especially from a manga readers perspective. Back to RoR the manga is currently finishing up on round 8 so it will be a while for S3 (S1 ended around midway of round 6). The complaints i agree with you are that the pacing of round 1 was off and obviously the animation, especially with the Adam vs Zeus fight. Season 2 is a huge improvement on that and both fights are great. In fact they are so good that i prefer them over the manga.

The animation is more kinectic and because of that the backstories and flashbacks are more tolerable. We don't feel like we're watching poorly drawn and overly narrated still shots.

I mean I never imagined that I'd see Adam fighting in any kind of battle yet the writer managed to give him abilites that had nothing to do with his lore. There are a tone of inacurracies in this series so I don't think it'd be hard to implement King and X. Funny enough Malcom X was known to be a brawler before joining the Nation of Islam. Not to mention the Nation had members who didn't mind getting physical. So yeah, it's not hard to imagine what they would do. If Buddha can fight then so can King, X, and even Gandi...

Can’t lie at first when ya’ll watched season 1 I was hating cause of how ya’ll acting on how bad it was on pacing and animation. I’ll admit now that the animation (at least on the freeze frames) was bad but the pacing on season 1 wasn’t too bad to me personally but even still i understand why ya’ll kept watching the show and all I can say to that is….. Nice

Yeah we saw potential in season 1 and stuck around because the animators usually bring their A game near the end of the season. I can gladly say that we've been enjoying the heck out of season 2 though. Hopefully the first season didn't deter viewers from giving this season a chance and we get many more seasons. The possibilities are endless in terms of these fights.
