I’m very addicted to my phone, and I love social media, but these days social media isn’t doing it for me, especially when I always see people mocking God. Let me not talk about my screen time, but I’ve been doing better I used to spend 12 hours per day on Instagram and TikTok, and now I barely make it to 5 hours on TikTok per week. I have a lot of goals for 2024 and one of them is to take a break off social media every month. On the other hand, I’m so glad you guys talk about the Sabbath, and as a Seventh-Day Adventist, it makes me happy to see others looking for it to practice the Sabbath. I was struggling with Sabbath where sometimes I am too distracted with my phone when I should’ve been opening my Bible and listening to podcasts, but I'm getting better each day. Tonight is the last sabbath of the year, and I'm so glad to say I wasn’t distracted by my phone and I just got off a prayer. Man, God, my GOD is amazing, and thank you for this episode.

Yessss on the thing about sabbath. I've just started going to church on the sabbaths and resting. Yesterday, the holy spirit revealed to me that sabbath is about resting & being with God, i knew this but on saturday, instead of worshipping God & resting, i cleaned and recorded content and i didn't worship God. So, from now on, i'll do everything on Friday and rest on Saturday.

I love how people are starting to incorporate the sabbath in their lives.I am 18 years old and I practice the sabbath with my family. My parents are at home and we always cook a special meal for sabbath and trust me it’s so fulfilling and it’s such a beautiful day for all of us.We all look forward to it because there’s so much Love and memories shared on that day and it’s literally the best day of the week for us😂God knew what he was doing when he commanded us to keep the sabbath🙏🏼. I personally can’t wait to practice Shabbat with my future family one day❤If you can I’d love to see you do your first sabbath video and looking forward to it…anyways love you guys so much❤️❤️

god had gave me the strength to stop smoking today from here on out, i came to terms that i had to when i asked myself god or weed. i’ve smoked since freshmen year and i’m now a sophomore, it’s so sad how easily young people can be influenced. after i asked myself the question, i realized i can’t see myself with smoking weed in the future but i can see myself with walking in god’s purpose. i trust god and i know he’s going to be there whenever i need him. i know my flesh desires are going to go away tho as the love i have for my god is too much for it not tooo 🧡

Season 2 has been AWESOME! I go and rewatch the old episodes all the time when I feel I’m lacking when it comes to opening my Bible more. Also addiction is really killing us… I do social media cleanse all the time for months at a time but I’m going to invest in an actual flip phone (90s style) because I find myself replacing social media scrolling with other things such as clothing apps or pinterests which could be time spent in the word of God. I’m SUPER grateful for this podcast and you guys because I realize I’m only human and God sees my effort to be close to him. I sometimes judge myself the hardest thinking I’m not doing enough to be closer to our Heavenly Father but you guys bring me back to reality. Thank you ! HYPE for season 3 😆🙏🏽❤️

According to the Bible Jesus paid for all of our sin and through faith we have eternal life, so how is that possible if we have truly accepted Christ?
