The helmet mic really adds another dimension. It’s great. I like the anxiety at the toll gate every biker goes through that although I am pretty sure there is a sensor that keeps the gate open until you pass through so relax 😊

That is why I LOVE the EZ Pass system in the states. lol.

As you says there' s a sensor to keep the gate open but this is Argentina and she has to be very carefull. Nothing is as it seems here, lol.

It would be good if motorbikes could go free through a dedicated lane so they do not hold up traffic. Having to remove gloves, search for change or credit card, drop change / drop gloves - get off bike to pick up and then put gloves back is a real pain in the ass. Even worse when raining and gloves don’t want to go back on because hands now wet. The Joy of motorcycling. I love it really!

I road a 5oo Triumph as a lad 1969 til 75 or so. Southern Ontario. Some winter riding. Maybe getting so cold is why I don't ride much at all now at 70. BUT watching Noraly fro the past few weeks has been great fun.. I've spent some time in Europe and South America. How surprised and pleased I am to find her able to travel without any apparent problems being solo. Brave young lady. So pleasant to listen to and fun. Terrific riding along with her. Hope she makes it to Canada, the true north strong and free.

I flew into London once and had the same problem. I arrived 6 AM local time...at what would have been about time to go to bed at home. My family picked me up and started on a day of sightseeing. I got to about 11:30, sat down, and said I wouldn't go another foot until I got food and a place to sleep. The took me to a pub where I had about the worst burger I've ever had...and then they informed me their plan for my "bed" was a hammock in the rented camper van they were driving. I came really close to taking a taxi to Gatwick for a flight back home.

To stop that flickering from lights: in the Americas, a lot of the power grid is 60Hz not 50Hz like most of Asia, so you need to change the camera settings to film at 30fps not 25fps. It was particularly bad there because of something called a half wave rectifier, but the good news is by changing the camera settings the effect will almost entirely go away!
@MiguelWard5 жыл бұрын
Actually in Argentina, Chile and Bolivia we are on 50Hz. First country going up on 60Hz is Perú. All on 220 volts. Cheers
