S2000 | Complete valve cover refresh!

I will be overhauling the valve cover. While I'm in there I will be doing valve adjustment and replace all the spark plugs and the coil clips since they were all broken off.
I bought spark plug cover bolts and the coil clips from ‪@LHTPerformance‬ to finish off this project! Make sure to support them!
This was a lengthy project, but the end result was all worth it! Hope you enjoy the video!

Well done Duc! My 23 year old VC isn't too bad but I do have a can of VHT wrinkle red ready to go. I'll do it up soon :) I see you have a GPW/tan AP2. I have a GPW/red AP1 so we are GPW bros ;) P.S. Your black coil pack cover now looks just like the Euro/JDM '04+ covers. They were all black like '00 to '03. Looks great against the red VC.

@@ducducgoose you're welcome :) Yes, I like the red/black too. Gold is pretty cool too so I wouldn't mind having a gold cover and running it for 6 months in a year then swap back to the black one, haha

Thanks for watching! They aren't too bad. I followed a guide from LHT performance here on KZbin and there is a PDF file online on how to adjust the valves for this engine.

Looks good . What brand paint did you use ?

I used VHT High Temp Wrinkle Red for the valve cover and VHT High Temp Wrinkle Black for the spark plug cover.
