Stumbled upon your channel and subscribed! Will definitely be watching. I had a hardtop MR-S before and wish I never got rid of it. Started to turbo it really wanted an SW mr2 and ended up trading it for a v6 swapped SW21 mr2. Fast forward a few years and ended up with and 01 AP1. I love it. HKS Supercharged. I hope to own a MR-S again to pair with it some day. Excited to see what you do with yours! 👍🏾👍🏾

I had a similar issue with my first S2000, an 02 AP1 with 100k on it back in 2013 and quickly realized I could't navigate the issue on my own so I ended up selling the car but I really miss the raw experience of my early-model S2000. Congrats to you for keeping up with the car! I still think about picking up an early-model and just sorting through the oil-burning issue. Really excited to see the progress on the S! I remember your OG review of the S2000 from back in the day with your hot-version-powered JDM pointer stick haha. Would be cool to see an update in that format.
