Cool stuff. I checked the video out on TRN. I thought that some manufacturers bullet seating dies also adjusted the crimp on the case mouth? Did you notice any additional resistance after removing the finished round from the seating die? I’d think the more ridged case would make for more effort and possibly cause the case head separating issue? Thanks for sharing the video! Always enjoy new innovation:)

I think most seating dies have a crimp option. I normally have the body of those dies backed out enough that the crimp doesn't engage, and then I use the Lee Factory Crimp Die to crimp in a separate step. As you know, that caused issues with these. I think I'm scared of crimping these cases now after my cast bullet experience with them 😁 After seating the jacketed bullets I did back out the seating stem a ways and then screwed down the seating die body enough to apply a very light crimp. That did not seem to cause any issues at all.
