S430 ON DYNO AFTER MODS !!!!!!!

Here we have a S430 that came to us in stock form,we ran it up in stock form on the dyno,then we added the following mods,
- 2 x k&n Filters
- Intake Mods
- Custom headers
- High Flow Cats
-Dual 2.5inch hand made system in stainless
- Custom tune to suit the mods
- The above resulted ina healthy 188rwkw's/252hp at the treads,if you have a look at the end of the video,it made a healthy gain every step of the way.The main gain for this particular car is the low down drivability as anyone who has owned a s class know they lack low down mid performance,this pakage fills that hole ,giving super sharp performance thru the torque under the curve area.The vehicle feels weightless at light throttle points with super strong torque delivery at such low throttle points,soother engine operation followed by exceptional economy...This pakage is a must for all s class owners !!!

not to be that guy, i just got my first Mercedes a few days ago. i got an 02 e430 4matic with 38k. but I digress, we have the same motor.... and we make 275hp stock. why did it go down?

When a car is new and the engine is in perfect condition is makes full power . Wear and tear and lack of maintenance lowers engine power over the years and miles. Also , manufacturers state “crack” horsepower and torque . Crank means what the motor makes without it connected to the drivetrain … there’s about 10-15% drivetrain loss on cars that are rwd and awd .

The advertised factory HP is at the motor not to the wheels. You usually loose 20% through the drivetrain.
