We were able to get the motor a very linear HP curve!
Caveat 1: Data is on E60 fuel as that is what the E85 pump gave me with a little bit of 93 still in the tank
Caveat2: 93 was used for ignition and AFR, so not optimized for the E85 as I am using the APEX85 piggy back system
We modified a set of tables 2 years old that I have based on the need to get the E85 and injector update working. Sofware used was Renovelo
This motor has never been tuned, but I did mess with the tables some to no known effect prior, because I was dumb! Now we know what, where, when to tweak ~
Caveat3: The "dynocom" brand is said to read low on the intertube web nets
Caveat4: The dyno likely should have been loaded to get a better indication above 7K to 8K. The car rips so hard there it became undersampled and we were happy with what we saw and did not think to do more with that. The behavior of the curve is the thing. The car is linear for sure.
Carlo of Suja 2 Motorsports is relentless at the tweaks and very easy to work with.
Icebag! Don't laugh we were chasing a problem we didn't understand so were a bit mental. But also the hot sun was on the box!! :D
Caveat5 the exhaust is "special" but has a rogue DMS at the end.
