Am I the only one who feels at home with Over25 and ManTalkKe? I feel like the channels are alter egos of each other. They blend so well and open my mind to so much information. Love love love it here 👏🏾❤️

I loved this! Seeing the relationship between Shikie and Ivy has me really thinking about my relationships with my girlfriends. I’m reading Will by Will smith right now and that book is mind blowing! I’m on page 23 and I’m already understanding so much about myself, my siblings and a lot about the trauma responses we’ve all developed. It’s God sent especially now at a time in my life when I’m actively pursuing healing and discovering who I really am at my core vs who I’ve created to survive.

Whenever I feel like am doing enough .... I just check on this pod. And goes like " you got a lot of self work to do!" OSCAR ever ! Forever ! Will have books to recommend. When you just hear his say ..." There's this book ...." Pause and grab a pen as he spills the juice😇 When I grow up I want to be like Oscar 🙌😂😂😂😂

I seen you guys on Over 25 I'm glad to see the collab on both ends and your perspective. Its ironic you all are Kenyan and Im African American and the mindsets on a lot of things are similar. I adore that Ivy said it all starts with kindness because 100% I agree with her on that be intentional about meeting your mates needs I believe it goes both ways I really enjoyed this chat

its the financial talk for me...Ps Oscar and Eli should probably do an episode on "the good debt" as Ivy out it.Being a 25 year old watching this i think its good to have an enlightenment on money matters as well because we most people really dont know how to maneuver through that side of life.

The biggest thing men can do with a new baby be willing to help that lady. Being intentional and want to do it. Affirmation that she is still looking good.
I am 💯 plugged in.. You guys are full of wisdom. This is the type of conversation we need for this new generation. Conversations that challenge the mind and suprise the heart and soul... The 4 of you should do this often.. Digging into the deep end..
