Ivargala maathu kelbedroo dadshikamanigala. What ever you eat, there should be limits and say no to sedentary life. Walk and exercise for 45 mins 5 times a week. No alcohol, drugs and smoking. No to bad friends, relatives and surroundings. Read books.
