Love my 2004 9-5 Aero wagon. I spent yesterday tweaking mine. P0101 code, same indications as 0300. Turned out the brake vacuum hose was leaking. Terrible idle and misfires. Changed the hose assembly and everything’s fine now.

mines doing same thing , im going walbro 255 630 cc siemins new fuel filter new plugs and tune, i have the 3.5 inch str8 pipe too with td04 22 t it hits fuel n boost cut really quick its so annoying

Funny how I had exactly the same problem with the tube coming off as soon it hits full boost after putting a maptun stage 1 on my 9-5 aero. Now though I have a problem with the car cutting as soon as it hits full boost at around 3.5k. Hope it is not something turbo related.

Whats the procedure with pulling fuse 17? Warm up. Engine off Pull fuse, leave out for how long?? 5 min/20 min? Fuse back! Start up, and drive with high gear around 2000/3500 rpm for some seconds?. 🤔😉 😊

Engine doesnt have to be warm, fuse 17 just reset The ecu. Pull fuse Leave out for 5-10seconds Install and drive in a normal pace for a couple of minutes, usually 3-5min.

A super test drive. Maybe it's DI for reason of miss fires. Or SW. I wait patiently update for this epic project. You will find root cause I'm sure.

Good old fuse 17...... I have to use regularly at moment as I have an emissions CEL as well as an ABS intermittent issue. Does your aero have the button on dash to switch off traction control? I have to switch mine off after every restart, or the engine cuts power... lastly- man, that exhaust does sound LOUD!! 😊

@Jonas Krararikas, fantastic build!. A question: you mention adaptation, referring to Open SID. Firstly, which values are you looking at AdpN, AdpD, Aadp, Amul, Aadd? Secondly, how do you know when the ECU has "adapted" i.e. what values are you looking for?

Thanks! I will get a message in The sid when adaptation is done. Both forced adapt and second adapt. When running e85 i always check precentage of e85 in The tank after adaptation.

@@JonasKakarikas I found it today along with a sliver of wood trim that broke off next to the power door lock button. They were in my house in a bag of junk I cleaned out of the 9-5. Put the tweezer back. Now I can finally fix my trim. Coming close to breaking more pieces off.

@@JonasKakarikas Jag har en Biopower B207, gränsen för den är runt 350hk. Gamla T5an ska funka upp till ca 430hk. Jag har haft en 9000 med steg 3 utan problem i 8 år ;)

Hi Jonas, my Aero isn't tuned but I had a misfire on mine under hard acceleration which turned out to be a crack in the coil pack. Might be worth a look,

Those wheels are to big for a 9-3, but they could be found in smaller sizes. 20" will look big on a 9-3, The wheels are ocean wheels and lorinser RS8

Have you got another DI cassette you could try? A failing DIC can cause misfire

For sure I know what could cause a misfire 👍 in this case I got Higher mair than mreq which means that it gets more air than it requests. So either The software is corrupt/wrong, wastegate on The turbo failing, or a failing maf sensor.

Ser ut att bli ett grymt projekt. Du har en känsla för kvalitet som jag önskar att jag själv hade. Med 320 hp och 520Nm är det vad du önskar uppnå? För med lite enkel räkning utifrån det nedan angivna mreq på 1200 så bör du ju plocka ut ca 410Nm på e85 och 390Nm på 98.
