Glad it was a easy fix! It's a good thing you tried adding the booster pack to it. Thanks for another 9000. Us 9000ow ers need some fresh video material. I replaced my master slave cylinder 2 months ago and I got to drive my 1993 9000 this late summer and fall! The bleeder on the slave cylinder was so seized with rust I had to use a torch to free it. I'll have to park it before the snow falls so it doesn't get anymore rust which is sad to not use it for 4 or 5 months.

Unfortunately my 9000 is the winter beater and the reason why I bought it - it's a great car and has never let me stranded despite some issues but it has suffered from 3 Swedish winters since I got it and has some nasty rust issues I need to rectify 🙈

It is not easy to admit fault, and even less so to create and post a video about it for all to see. But hopefully others will watch this and learn to always start with properly testing the simplest and most probable things first. I for sure learned something today!

Thanks, yeah anyone who watches my channel knows that I'm not exactly the best at working with car electrics I guess it's all a learning curve. Thanks for watching.

It's very hard to think of the simple things first. I'm a classic saab guy with c900's and 9000's.

Had the exact same problem with my Ford S-max, everything worked fine except the starting. When measuring voltage the multimeter does so without any load so the voltage doesn't say much in this case. Now that you're good again check for current leaks - just to be safe.

Ha ha... it's ok to slip up, it's all a learning curve at the end of the day.
