I saw your video about wet floor earlier and came to think about an other factor that can result in wet floor when seeing this video If the white water barrier isn't properly sealed at the bottom or damaged it will/can result in wet floor on the rear passenger floor. It appened to me after getting a new door fitted and it took me some time to figure the reason out. Easiest way to check it for leaks is to simply pour water on the window and one shall see where the water barrier fails to keep the water from reaching the door step trim and get into the car. Except for that I just want to say that your chanel is awesome! Just what my saab and I need :)

This was extremely helpful. Thanks for posting! Note that for 2009 and newer saab 9-3s there may be a rigid foam block in the bottom of the door cavity that the old regulator sat on - this will get in the way of the newer replacement regulators (ProParts Sweeden), as the shape at the bottom is different. I removed the foam in my 2009 so it would fit.

Both rears are the same .. front windows are a bit different due to the mechanism design .. but shouldn’t be a bug challenge

Get new panel clips from an auto parts store. I found that Nissan clips worked much tighter and better than GM. Take an example clip to the store with you.
