@DeereGuy15 it is actually a 6.4 liter, and after 2006 we started putting (2) 73mm turbos on the f-series superdutys. I work for Ford Motor CO. i work on the f-series production line. I have a f-series king ranch 4x4. While i like the eclipse package, i like the king ranch package better.

@goku180000 well, my american car is 25 years old and still has some original parts...Not many, mind you, but it still drives amazingly,it's not rusted to shreds, the engine has as much power as ever. doesnt seem to burn oil. it doesnt give me loads of trouble. plus it's got an actual frame. not unibody. if that sucks, then I like it.

@jblackapple it is actually a 6.4 liter diesel and after 2006, we started putting(2) 73mm turbos on the truck, so this one does not have 2 turbos. I work for ford motor co, and i work on the f-series production line, i have a f-series superduty king ranch 4x4 myself. These are awesome trucks, and last time i checked, we never had such meanings for DUAL, or TWIN, we never even had 2 different ways 2 turbos work. I know what i'm talking about buddy.

Yeah, we have a conversion van, with all the wood, rear entertainment (TV, VCR, Rear Radio w/cassette player), except it was a Mark III LE. The car is a 2000 GMC Safari with about only 68,000 miles.

@kendrickevans301 oh, sorry bout that, thought it said "srt8", didn't look hard enough, but if you are refering to the motor as being a straight 8 cylinder, you are wrong, it is a v8, which means all 8 cylinders are lined up in a v format. Sorry if thats not what you mean either. I'll reply my apoliges if that is not what you mean.

@sksakm14 Also i have 1 thing to say, International stoped making Ford's Diesel because ford and international could not came to a agreement on engine size, international wanted to make a Single turbo 7.0 liter unit that wouldn't touch GM's duramax, so ford said forget it since their contract with international ended in 2010/2011, just thought i would inlighten you on that.

FYI the 03 - 07 diesels had the 6.0 engine which had 32valves unlike the 16valve 7.3....AND this truck has DUAL turbos not twin turbo ie one on each header but two working as one 2:13

The 6.0 PowerStroke (VT365) was a troublesome engine from the time it came out during the middle part of 2003 by Navistar. But I'm glad to say this truck has a healthy 6.0 diesel. If anything I'd choose the 7.3 PowerStroke (T444E) over the 6.0.

@sksakm14 i am needed to substitute on different production lines, understand, back and forth from e-series ( cargo van )to f-series ( pickups ), , that is the problem with internet social sites, you can't express exzagerance, but anywho, your dates r right, the 6.4 was introduced in 2007. I was saying that cause my brother has a 2006, and i thought it had a 6.4. Understand that engine sizes is not that important when all i'm in charge of is Mating the body and Frame, atleast not in my position.

this had a 6.0 which was notorious for head gasket problems and oil cooler issues but when that didnt happen the truck was otherwise great but the 7.3 is still so much better than the 6.0 i have had one of each
