It's just the unequal length headers that create that "rumble" if you got the right exhaust you can hear them from a mile. Best sound ever.

my first car was an s2000. it was my first time driving. i never had an automatic or drove an automatic for more than 2 hours before that. Christmas was fun but I did manage to do a 540 degree spin out accidentally about a week and a half ago. I ended up in the opposite lane facing the wrong direction, luckily no oncoming traffic and no damage, however, the van behind must have had a great show. :)

My uncle had a 2005 STI for a while after he got rid of his Honda S2000. It was a beast! I want one so bad! When I get back from bootcamp next summer I'm gonna sell my 1998 Honda Prelude and my 2001 Suzuki Katana 600 and im gonna buy a brand new Honda CBR1000RR then save to probably get me either a 06 STI or a 96-98 Toyota Supra! Can't wait!

Good Tip: If you put an aftermarket stereo in place of the original, big unit, look for an OEM Subaru Forester sunglasses compartment. Fits right underneath the stereo and fills that annoying gap. Oh, and you get a place to put your sunglasses.

If you notice on the front end of the car 10:59, there should be black plastic behind the lower front fascia. When this plastic is cut out it usually indicates a front mount intercooler was installed there. Buyer beware. It's common to put these cars back to stock and sell them.

everyone talks shit on the STI's spoiler but, my opinion, it looks amazing:) on top of that the STI is powerful enough to actually use its spoiler. its not just decoration. the air going over it puts pressure down to help the car stay gripped to the road going over hills or around turns

It has enough power and features to be nimble and sporty when you need it to be but practical all the time with back seats and trunk space. As well, it is great in winter with AWD. Truly fantastic car.
