Hi Gaurav, Can you explain why we used the 2nd if loop in 2nd use case ' if(gri.next()){}?

Very helpful but one query, in Last example, When to Run condition was selected as Before that is why incident was getting automatically updated to In-Progress.

Yes, if you want any value to pushed before update of record you can use before

thanks a lot it was very helpfull , it could be helpfull , i have even saw the" 5 Usecases of business rules" , if u come out with even more varities of scenarios it would be even more helpful gaurav.

I tried this in my PDI but even after changing the state of one task, the state of requested item got changed to closed complete. Please suggest.

Both are same however field is only different.
