If we provide write access to a user and restrict read access what will be the output?

No records will be visible and hence we will not be able to write as well. However you will able to see the module under self service.

"If a user has the admin and itil Role only then user can receive write access to the Caller field" how can I create this ACL. User should have both the roles. Please help me on this

create a field level acl and add the role to be admin
