why does the total tables at 4:46 using application menu show 4,479 and the total tables at 10:44 using sys_db_object.list show 4,688? is it both the same thing?

Yes it is the same thing, the sys_db_object.list is showing 4,688 table count and that's the total count.. however while accessing table module by going in application menu you can see there's filter you can see which is by default applied (update name is not empty) that's the reason the count shows 4479. Let me know for any further questions.😊
