The beauty of this album is amazingly artistic and creative. Saba has his own sound and sure there’s faint influences in it here and there but that just makes it better. Songs like this, calligraphy, Prom / king, heaven all around me and more are amazing examples of Saba’s versatility and artistic ability. I’m also pretty sure that a lot of this album was even produced by him too which is fucking amazing. Saba can tell a story, carry a message, have good sounds sonically and more in the same song. I don’t think a lot of people understand that.
