It is unusual to have Tommy to write a sig in Sabaton, but he has kept the way Joakim writes. Allbert Severin Roche was a short, skinny guy. Despite that, he was a badass soldier who managed to capture more than a thenemy soldier's, and his story is worth being told. As usual, I enjoyed your reaction, keep up the good work!

Great reaction! The story of this soldier, Albert Severin Roche, is very amazing indeed! At first he all odds were against him. He was said unfit for military duty because he was so short. But he did a numerous acts of bravery and did not think of his own health and life to save others and stop the Germans from advance in the field. He was after the war granted the title "The first soldier". I can recommend the deep dive in this story in Sabaton history channel here on KZbin.

"The Unkillable Soldier" (if u haven't reacted to it, do so) had a galloping melody. "The First Solder" had a triumphant melody. I absolutely LOVE this song. I'm an American & it makes me want to say "Vive La France!"

So this song from Sabaton was written by Tommy Johansson. He hasn't done so many of their songs.

This had a different feel. Like it felt like Sabaton but I enjoyed this a ton!

This had a Rocky 4 element to it. I guess it's the synthesizer and guitar, but it was really cool. Well made and performed for sure. You don't hear stuff like this anymore.

To be specific the music is written by Tommy, the lyrics are by Joakim and Pär. Only Joakim and Pär ever write their history lyrics, other people do occasionally write music, but this is the ONLY original song ever by Sabaton that doesn't have Joakim marked for writing atleast some of the music.

Hi Tommy, the lyrics is great but try to check if they have an Animated Story Video of the songs to react to. In this case they have, and You get SOOOO much more background about the event or person that the lyrics video miss. Otherwise, it's always a history lesson with Sabaton.
