According to testimonies of French soldiers on the defense line of Louvain in 1940. They saw PzKpfw I and II (7th Division) on the horizon at high speed around 6 am. While some ate, others washed; They were surprised outside their anti-tank and artillery to be literally run over, the survivors discover that their officers are among the casualties; Desperate, they try to take their positions in the artillery and aim, but they do not find any vehicles. Once the line is broken, they retreat, while informing the French high command that they were attacked by "spectres" and "demons" (Le Parisien 1962).

My fathers cousin was a Luftwaffe austrian ace with 121 victories..and his uncle was an austrian Panzer Oberst in Wehrmacht, and died in Russia. When I listen these Sabaton musics, I remember all stories my gramma told me about them. And with the voice of Minniva, these songs are more beautiful.

For people who don't know what this song is about, is about the 7th Panzer Division under the command of General Erwin Rommel from (5 February 1940 - 14 February 1941) during Battle of France in may 1940. the Panzer division saw combat in Luxembourg, France, Poland 1941 and Russia. They will stay on Eastern Front for rest of the war, until May 5th 1945 were the Panzer Division order to stop attacking and fighting. The division was disband in May 8th 1945.

@@OrlovTravel Well without the French soldiers we would have lost most of British Army in France, so in a lot of ways french saved the free world from Nazi rule, and a lot of those soldiers from Dunkirk went on fighting in other areas and helped the Army to get back in it's feet after 1940. A lot of French soldiers were killed after the surrender, France had to give up their army was destroyed not just in the Northern Front but down Southern Front with Italian Army giving the french a bloody nose with the help of the Luftwaffe.

You know why I find Minniva's covers of Sabaton especially remarkable? First of all, I never compare her versions to originals, this is simply stupid and makes no sense.. She's not trying to sound like Joakim and copy him, I mean, how can anyone expect a woman to sound like a man (or vice versa) as some of you seem to expect? Her approach to each song is unique and I personally think that her powerful feminine voice gives more depth, fierceness and desperation to songs about wars, as if you realize horror and tragedy all of a sudden..
