14:36 the red Army was brutal in there Treatment of German Soldiers and civilians. They wanted revenge for the autrocetys commited by the axis forces in the east. In the end they werent realy much better then what they were figthing against (exept of course the hole Holocaust and race thing). To give you a little idea on how brutal this was, more than 2 Million German women were raped (this number doesnt Count only for the red army), there prisoners were taken in the gulags and the last of them came only home in 1955 and also obly because of Konrad Adenauer. From the over 100 thousand Soldiers from the 6 Army that were captured in Stalingrad, only 6 thousand returned home ever again. It was brutal, not that some of the western forces especialy the french were always nice but compered to the soviets its nothing

5:13 the Soldiers used near the end of the war were all very jung (not that the Soldiers of outher contries were that old eather). Examples for that can be the 12 SS Panzerdivision "Hitler Jugend" made up out of 20 thousand 17 year olds and of cours the Hitler Jugend as a hole. Outher children were used to crew the Flak guns, they literely had school in there positions and were interupted when enemy plains were in sigth. In the end everyone that was able to hold a weapon and could be spared was used to figth. Its sad and shows again that the people on top didnt care for the people at all

The Soviets were very much "a eye for a eye" during WW2, you did not want to be losing against them.
