I was listening to your bible study today, and the part where it was mentioned that Cain is not Adam son contradicts the word. Genesis chapter 4 verse 1 is very clear. Adam knew Eve, his wife, and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I ha e gotten a man from the Lord.

Praise Yah for this ministry. It appears that Yah is starting to get his people to go back to using the moon to keep Shabbat like it was originally intended. Every moon phase has it's own day including Shabbat and this can't be tampered with. 2 Jewish encyclopedias from the 40s also mentions Shabbat used to be tied to the moon phases but it got changed. Philo of Alexandria who lived during the same time as Yahushua also mentioned the moon for days and Shabbat. I pray Yah brings this lost truth back to life.

Todah rabah As I continue to follow along, I understand once you begin speaking about the traditional Menorah, that you are pointing out a feast for each of the 7 branch oil vessels Around mins 21:00 you state that technically the first one is passover. The 2nd Feast of Unleavened etc etc May I bring this thought to mind that again passover is a meal and not a day. Or else, with that mind frame, we would have to kill a day or worse days as in 2 Chronicles 30:17 I’ve always understood that each represented a day for each day of creation and also for each feast beginning with the 7th day Shabbat and not passover Shabat Shalom

Yup. I’m convinced that any calendar that assigns the start of MONTHS based on the moon’s phase is not within the bounds of Genesis 1:14 which states clearly that the lights in the firmament is for DAYS and YEARS, not MONTHS. The counting is the Zadok calendar beginning on the same day for every year and having consistent non-overlapping moedim is closest in my opinion.

I don’t think the moon or any light in the firmament is to determine the beginning of months. Gen 1:14 states the lights are for DAYS and YEARS. I prefer the Zadok calendar as it resolves the calendar in a structured and consistent manner. Of course I’m not pushing this on anyone, but the Zadok calendar clicks for me.

I heard that as the people midrashed scriptures they would sit in a circle. We did that at a gathering once and Ive wised we could do this since. We all faced each other. It really connected people to people putting faces and expressions of one individual to another. As it is now most gatherings always face forward to a teacher where we cannot see each other, It's like being in your phone and not face or see each other. This is everywhere we see. Society in general has a hard time facing each other. Have you known that in the old ways of Yas people they did this? And would this congregation consider the importance of this?
