You’re gorgeous!! I love it sis!! I keep sabbath too and the feasts I was VERY lukewarm in my faith when I got married to say the least.. now I’m walking in spirit and truth as much as I can and being convicted along the way when I mess up. My husband is NOT on the same page as me at all. Cook a lot of pork in my home still etc etc I don’t eat it BUT he’s respectful of my beliefs for the most part and letting me keep sabbath. We’re a mixed family I’m mostly white a lil Mexican and him and his eldest are from the Philippines. I LOVE fillipino food that isn’t pork of course lol but it’s So hard to be respectful of his cultural foods now when there’s SO MUCH pork and crustaceans in his cultural food. I’m praying and asking the father to work through me and hopefully win him some day out of Catholicism bc he doesn’t even go to church really or anything. Praise YAH we found a wonderful messianic congregation to attend so my babies are learning to walk in truth. Your Chanel is wonderful and your family is beautiful you have a new follower for sure and seeing all this has inspired me to start my Chanel too. I have put VERy opinionated videos up before and then taken them down lol. Now I feel the father is telling me I need to get back on again to encourage others to seek the old ways/paths. Sabbath was made for man not man for sabbath!! Im a single mother of a 9 yr old daughter and id love to do Sabbath day, but my daughter dosnt seem to be interested even in going to church and i was born into a christian family She believes in God as i pray with her nightly and listen to worship music daily with her, but id love for her to learn more about God and get interested... How do you reheat food on sabbath day since the Bible instructs not to turn the fire on? Or do you just eat cold food on sabbath day?

We just eat cold food or room temperature food on the Sabbath

You eat it cold. I typically eat boiled eggs, tuna, salad, turkey, and beef wraps until the sabbath is over.

Shalom! Thanks for subscribing 🥰 and welcome! I actually learned this recipe from another sister, but alter it when I want to try another flavor. I usually just change the extract I use and switch between white and brown sugar. You can always add chocolate chips or your desired nuts as well.

Beautiful family! But sis do you know Jello has gelatin which is derived from pork? 😮 You may want to chuck that unless it’s certified Kosher. Blessings!

Thank you! Yes ma'am jello does have gelatin in it, but jello brand pudding does not. I used the pudding mix not the jello mix.

Hi, it’s actually not jello it’s pudding mix. The jello brand pudding mix does not have gelatin in it. On the other hand the jello brand jello does have pork in it.

Hi Joyce, for breakfast I some times just eat cereal or just have a cold coffee. I intermittent fast usually so I don't eat until lunch anyways. By time dinner time comes it's sundown so we will have a hot meal then.

We usually are away from the house on Sabbath congregating so we don't usually have a lot of trash and dishes. I would check with your husband to see what he prefers. Happy Sabbath 😊

Is lighting Shabbat candles part of your sabbath routine or do only Jewish people do that.

No we do not do that. We do burn incense every Sabbath and high holy day

I do it because my grandmother lit candles 🕯 sometimes on church days. She had some really “Jewish” ways. So to start shabbat light candles, pray, break bread, eat and after shabbat extinguish with a prayer. Pray for the weeks beginning. There are some things she taught me that I realize would be considered Jewish. She would always say we are the ones who sinned against our God so as a child we would pray to forgive our sins and those of our ancestors and ask God to remember us. We also had a piece of wood over the door with a prayer. The Jews do the same and call it mezuzah! Go figure All praises. Let’s keep it Holy! Amen.
