is it requested from the accused to stand up longer than the other participants upon arrival of the judge? or does oscar just stand longer because he wants to give the honorable judge some asskissing? AS IF THAT HELPS HIM except for making it even more awkward and him MORE suspicious

I see 10x's more pain in Reeva's father than I ever saw in Oscar. The pain in Oscar was for himself and the thought of going to prison. If Oscar was so insecure, what was he doing sleeping with his balcony doors open. Insecure men that panic over a so called noise as he did would have locked the doors and shut the windows at night. He wasn't scared of intruders or noises. Everyone hears noises at night and no one panics like he did. I'm disabled and live alone and sleep like a baby. My 3 ex wives went to the restroom at night and their all alive and well. It's all a lie.

I was thinking the same thing about Oscar going to sleep with the balcony doors open. I'm sure he literally went ballistic (no pun intended) when he woke up & realised Reeva had fallen asleep without closing them.

the incident with the nurse: Lawyer Barry.... Oscar does not know about discipline... he does not know about order. That is why he had no boundaries in how he do things. And unfortunately Oscar's team speak it good and approve his acting with no discipline. They do not help him at all for his future. His got a lesson to learn, and he is the one who must pay the penalty.

Oscar is going to get , some think ,a long sentence in jail but he only has to serve 1/6 of that . So if he gets say 20 years he is out in 3+ less what he has already served 1.5 and if Roux pleads disability I can see him going straight back to his uncles house

Spero che a Pistorius riconvili con i suoceri non potrà riportare in vita reva ma qualche sponsor sono sicura lo aiuterà e spero che si sposi e abbia figli e non si dimentichi dei genitori di reva e che cambi il suo modo di vivere ma senza tenerlo così sotto torchio a casa seno e peggio di stare dentro quanti di loro anno fatto peggio anche a me e sono donne libere anche laureate e libere spero si sposi e abbia figli e giovane e qualche possibilità come sportivo almeno un agenzia potrebbe aiutarlo
