Big problem is also unabridges marriage certificates from the 1998 period. Hand written marriage certificates are not excepted by UIF but its impossible to get an unabridged marriage certificate. i know this because my sister and sister in law applied in Randburg 6 years ago . Annually my sister goes and checks at Randburg. nothing Escalation is useless.

Give people who are already here special visas to avoid theft of identity.
