Zuma has been charged under Rule 25 of the ANC constitution after endorsing the uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) Party by encouraging the electorate to vote for the party in the 2024 elections. Al-Jama-ah leader Ganief Hendricks says they are willing to let go of mayorship in Johannesburg if the ANC says so.
