I did not get one more thing, if we are considering 4 years completed by the end of 31st Dec'04 and remaining years are 46 years on 31st Dec'04. Then, in that case by the time of selling the asset on 31st Dec'05 we approach to the 5th year and left with 45 years of useful life. So, I think the depreciation should have been calculated by dividing 4.6m/45 yrs?

on 31st Dec'04 at the time of revaluation of asset, Is accumulated depreciation going to be reversed? Will the JE be as follows : Asset Dr. 1.6 m, Accum. Dep Dr. 0.24 m, Revaluation Reserve Cr. 1.84m?
