Yup that's a new one for me. Looking forward to the paint episode. (I'm also close to starting my 32nd CF-104 in BMF. Would be cool to build along side.) Merry Christmas Sean to you and your family.

Not gonna lie...thought you had forgotten the sip this video at first. Just about turned it all off hahahha. This is actually a very cool little subject. I am for sure interested in the after burner effect you are making.

This looks an interesting and different project. When you quicky put the teeth in I thought they didn't look right and then I looked at pictures on-line and I think they look really goofy. The head and eyes look good but the mouth doesn't cut it for me. I think the mouth should be more open with a tip of the tongue behind the teeth and the side teeth more 3D. I am sure for a person of your talent this could be a good bit of modifying/scratch building.

A better way to make those raised rivets would be to use a styrene rod, or if you don't have any the right size some stretched sprue will do.
@seanerk5kt9Күн бұрын
@bdavis1404 that was my second option which I’ve tried before, didn’t have much luck the first time.

Single blade knipper cutting small pieces off a spare sprue work to make rivets?
@dholbert747 сағат бұрын
You could use a wax pencil to pick up those small pieces.

It would be cool to make a Tomcat behind them on the stand holding their leashes (as a symbol of data link radio correction line) :)))
