I love my Sabre2... but “so rare to get an off-heading opening” is just pure bs from my experience with it. Have put @200 jumps with it and 50% of the time it wants to 180 to either side. Saying it’s my deployment technique is fair criticism, but I did not have this issue with other canopies. I find it’s during the canopy snivel that it turns if you dont hold on to it. Im using it for wingsuiting until I get my Storm in a few months and luckily no cutaways but I would personally would not recommend it for it. Just my 2€

Looks like a really gentle opening upon deployment! May have to have a look at a new wing?? Just bought a new F-Gravity II paraglide acro wing so my wife mayyy have a little issue with me wanting another wing already this year haha

Absolutely love flying my Sabre 2 but it only opens on heading 1/5 times. Lmfao. Each time I deploy, I grab my rear risers as my Sabre 2 is still sniveling so I can stear it to a heading… The way the canopy flies is totally worth the openings if you ask me.

Afcourse, it is a commercial. It won't say it has the most shitty deployments for a square out of all competition... The dude selling pans one tv will tell you the same thing, it's the best!

these aren't random assholes trying to make up for failed acting careers by selling pans "one" tv. these are professional skydivers and canopy coaches with tens of thousands of jumps between them. their opinion carries credibility.

Can it be use for beginners? I had now 27 jumps on a student canopy. Now i want to buy a new rigg (paratec next century) and a guy offer me the Sabre 2 in the size 190.

On heading stress free openings. You having a laugh? Lol. Has one of the worst reputations for on heading openings. Spectre or Pulse yes but Sabre’s. Er no, Fun to fly and good flare absolutely.
