They're using Eidophor projectors for the wall monitors. One of the first forms of large scale electronic video display that used an electron beam charging the surface of a thin film of hot oil in high vacuum. Each one used several kilowatts of electricity.

I'd guess late 1960s, maybe early 1970s. I was on a tour of the command post in 1964. At that time, the missile decorating the front of the command post was an Atlas. In the film, it was a Minuteman. And the Looking Glass EC-135 was stated as being in continuous operation since 1961. I recall it beginning its takeoff roll at 0800, 1600, and 2400 hrs Central Time each day. The computer systems shown look pre-1975, though I say that without total confidence. The command post had a number of bespoke IBM systems. But that customization comes at the cost of somewhat dated hardware. Finally, the film consistently uses the term Command Control, rather than the later term "Command and Control" or the later C3 then C3I (yuck). About 2016, I recall a conversation with a family friend and retired SAC Major General who still complained about the newspeak of "Command and Control" (as if, he noted Command and Control were two different things).
